WHEAT TRADE

Prior to 1.4.2001 wheat trade was being handled by Food & Supplies Department. From April, 2001 wheat trade has been transferred to H.P. State Civil Supplies Corporation and the Corporation is handling wheat trade alongwith other essential commodities. Transfer of this trade facilitated the easy lifting of wheat by the Fair Price Shops due to single window delivery system.
